Quotes and orders
- Prices are shared on request and are valid for [QUOTE_VALIDITY, e.g. 7 days] unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed once we have agreed the boxes, quantity, delivery date and price in writing (WhatsApp or email counts) and received any advance due.
- Photos on this website show our designs. Natural products vary slightly in size and colour, and box colours may look different on different screens.
Customised orders
- We share a digital mockup before production. Production starts only after you approve it in writing and pay a 50% advance.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name or artwork you send us.
- Changes after approval may affect the price and delivery date.
Payment
- Ready-stock orders are paid in full before dispatch.
- Customised orders need a 50% advance, with the balance due before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We accept [PAYMENT_METHODS, e.g. UPI, bank transfer, cards].

Food safety
Our products are packed in line with FSSAI requirements. Each pack shows its packing date, best-before date and allergen information. Dry fruits contain tree nuts. Please check with recipients about allergies.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, extreme weather or government restrictions, but we will always tell you as soon as we know.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
